Nice to meet you, I'm HeartlessPhantom!I'm a digital artist/writer from the United States. I was a commission writer since 2019 and have finished over 31 works around 6k to 20k words.I mainly specialize in pin-up arts of female characters; I also really adore characters with hime cut hairstyles!For my art, I mostly post on my Twitter. Terms of Service
1. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. A reason, for example, would be misconduct.2. Payment will be conducted via PayPal. Half-price upfront is required, but I do appreciate full payment!3. All commissions are only for personal use. You are free to repost them on social media, please credit me if you do though! If being used for commercial uses, an additional fee will be added on depending on how it will be used.4. I own all artwork produced here and after completion, I will likely post it with thanks to the client; along with adding it to my portfolio. However, I will not do the above if the client do wishes to have an anonymous commission.5. If I cannot finish the artwork due to personal reasons, I will give you a full refund.6. You cannot cancel the commission once it is paid.7. Prices with no strict value are negotiable.8. I do not agree with NFTs. If you see my art as an NFT on any platform, it is not me. Also, if you see anyone using my art as NFTs, please let me know.
How I Will Do Commissions
1. My canvas size is 3000 x 4000 px with 300 dpi for full body.2. I do art from references and character sheets! When commissioning me, I would greatly appreciate being provided with references; it'll make everything easier!3. When contacting me, we will have a discussion over the details and once it is settled; I can send my link for payment. However, if I do have a queue to attend to, there will be a delay for when it is worked on. Until I can get to yours, I can put payment on hold till then.4. Work will begin once payment is received. Depending on the work commissioned, it will likely take one to two weeks to finish. Maybe even less depending on how things pan out! Either way, I will send updates as soon as I can.5. During the process, I will do two sketches before starting lineart. During this time, the client is free to point out things that they would like changed. But any line art edits pass this point (editing hair style, etc during outline/coloring/shading process) will require an extra fee.6. Regarding flat coloring, I will send the flat color piece once I'm done coloring. The client is free to request color changes to see what fits and what doesn't fit. However, color changes past this point will require an extra fee.

*In regards to NSFW content, I am open to a lot of things. I will be down to draw bondage, chains, tentacles, etc. There are extreme kinks that I will not draw; I do implore you to discuss with me via Twitter or Email to inquire about whether or not a specific kink is too much for me. Don't be shy!

As a note, if the design is complicated/extremely detailed: I will charge extra for it. We can discuss this, of course, but the range is around $10 - 30 depending on the design.As an example of what I find to be difficult, it'll be complex kimono patterns, Genshin Impact characters, Honkai Impact characters, and certain Fate/Grand Order designs (like Minamoto no Raikou, for example).

If you want to commission something more specific, for example, a CG. If you want a scene of two characters talking with a complex background. It would be the combination of a half body (any kind of shading), extra character, and complex background fees.Of course, same applies if the client would like an H-Scene style CG, in which case, you just slap on the NSFW fee.
